Some mapping programs show this. Do not do this with a bus. The circled part includes hairpin turns on steep, narrow roads.
After taking Exit 3 from 279 for Hazlett St., do NOT turn left on Milroy st.
Instead:
From I-279 North
Take Exit 3 for Hazlett St.
Turn left at the light onto East St.
0.9 miles turn left at the light to stay on East St.
0.5 miles sharp left at the light onto Perryview Ave.
o.4 miles turn right onto Riverview Ave.
0.2 miles turn right at the stop to stay on Riverview Ave.
The observatory is at the top of the hill.
From other directions the mapping programs are good.

The yellow areas are for parallel parking. The pink are small parking lots.
